• You confirm that your products, services, and operations do not violate any applicable laws or Techfuns’ policies.

• Techfuns reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate legal or ethical standards.

5. Fees and Payments

• Techfuns may charge subscription or transaction fees. Details will be provided during registration or in your account dashboard.

• All payments must be made in a timely manner. Late payments may result in restricted access or suspension of services.

6. Data and Privacy

• Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• You retain ownership of your business data, but grant Techfuns the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for system improvement.

7. Termination

• You may close your account at any time by following the designated process in your account settings.

• Techfuns reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Techfuns is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the POS system.

• The system is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
